George Bush came to Lee’s Summit today.  I had no idea until everyone told me… apparently I-70 and 470 was basically shut down… which is fine I think… can’t have crazy people within a zillion miles of the prez.

I guess he was here to go “a hospital in Lee’s Summit, Mo., on Thursday for a round-table discussion on health care” [clicky] … so I think it was St Lukes.. I guess… it’s the new one here… which is less than a mile from where I work.. and where I live.

Closing on the house I grew up in on Feb 28th for $155K. Then I start paying about $1400/m mortgage. Oh ya baby. I actually have adult responsibilities now

My old room is pretty cut off from the world.  You can only really tell if it’s morning or not morning.  That’s about all.  That’s because there’s only a small window, which I block out anyway, and the rest of the room I keep in soft light.  This probably exacerbated my allergy to the sun and to bright light in general… as my the archetype would probably be totally cool with the space… damn it feels good to be back in my own little world in there.

There’s also a very strong sense of me in the room.  I kinda left part of myself there.  And now I have it back.  I remember doing stuff like the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram in there and then calling upon and meditating on some of the spheres on the tree of life… all kinda mental exercises to me now, if anything, but it’s as close to spiritual as I get. 

My god is Trent, my jesus is Maynard, my church is the bar, my spiritual community my friends, and my holy sacrament is communing with myself in transcendental thought… only missing one thing.. but that comes later.

Went shooting with my H&K… did awesome.  At the end I tightened up my grip and man that made a huge difference… I put every one down the middle in the center.  Wow… I almost looked like I knew what I was doing.

In contrast, Adam’s glock35 shot high for me.. HIGH?!.. every time.  Dunno what’s up there.  I shot pretty consistently I thought… shooting a 40 cal after shooting a 45 is a walk in the park.  Dunno what’s up.. the dudes said that it was sighted wrong… so that’s probably it… although I did have 2 out of 20 right down the middle center… but all the rest high… maybe a little left.. but generally just high…

Al gets in town tonight from the hell that was Italy (except for two friends he made there anyway).  Erin was flipping out too… so it was no fun anymore.  He’ll move back to Urbana for a little while and work for TFBW and then back to KC… yippie!  Gonna be nice to have all my friends in one general city location eventually… but at least I get them all in one country for the short term.  So they are coming to KC first tho and Erin staying around here until Al gets Urbana fixed up for them to move there.. for like 6 months or something.. crazy life brother
I thought up a new business… texting people while they are driving home (to Warrensburg) in the snow keeping them awake… like a taxi service, only all high tech and shit… unfortunately I only have one customer.. and she’s probably free since she’s my test market.
Tired today tho… up all weekend … late every night… probably video games and bed tonight… oh and Rome’s on .. which rules… rockzor.

up till 4… after the bar… and I was doing so good to not be so drunk… and then like 2 apple pies and 1 beer through me over the top… on top of the other 5 beers.. chirst…

at some point I must go fire my sidearm today… it’s been like 2 weeks since it’s been used… and it’s sad… and crying for its buddy (Adam’s).

But I think I should probably sleep more cuz I think tomorrow I will be writing ugh x2… it’s Saturday after all.
